About

Our Mission

At The Pile Patrol, we believe a cleaner yard means a happier home—for both pets and their families. Our mission is to provide reliable, professional pet waste removal services, ensuring safe, sanitary, and stress-free outdoor spaces for our customers.

Inspired by a lifelong love for dogs, and the legacy of compassion left by the owner’s mother, we are committed to giving back. A portion of our profits are donated toward helping local dogs find their forever homes through partnerships with shelters and adoption services. By keeping yards clean and supporting dogs in need, we’re making a difference—one scoop at a time.

Our Owner

The owner, Deidre Love Sullens, was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She graduated from Putnam City West High School, OSU-OKC University, and the University of Central Oklahoma. She’s been with her husband, Chris, for over 24 years. She and her family, including their daughter and beloved Snorkie (Schnauzer Yorkie Mix) “Ginger”, currently reside in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Deidre was inspired by her mother’s love of dogs. Growing up, her mom set an example on how to help rescue lost, stray, and even wounded dogs from the street. Sometimes these dogs could be reunited with owners, and other times she would help them find a new ‘forever home’.  On occasion a dog might even end up as part of their own dog pack! Deidre’s mom, Catherine, passed away from Covid during the height of the pandemic.

When Deidre and her husband decided to start The Pile Patrol, they knew it was important to dedicate a portion of their profits to help local dogs find forever homes through dog-focused partnerships. It’s one way The Pile Patrol gets to honor her mother’s legacy, while also making sure precious dogs get a second chance at a first- rate life.

BUT WHY Choose This?

Doing this helps give people back their time and strengthens their relationship with their pets! I’m stoked to be part of that process. I don’t mind hard work or dirty work. With this job I get to be outside, get my steps in, get to visit different dogs, and all while providing a service better than any other provider. My goal is to be the best! – Deidre Love Sullens

    • No more of that “special” stink smell that exists in Every season!

Deodorizing is a service we offer that helps reduce the smells associated with excrement and rotting foliage in your back yard!

We apply a chemical solution using sweeping motions from one end of your yard to the other. The product we use is SAFE for grass, plants, pets, kids, humans etc. We don’t need your hose or access to a water source. If you would like to see the safety data sheet for the product, just let us know!

Great question!

If your dog has no history of aggression, has never bitten/attacked or caused harm to another person or pet, isn’t territorial and is comfortable around strangers, we are happy to accommodate being in the yard with your dog at the time of service!

However, we must have a signed “Pet Liability Waiver” on file before we can service your yard with the dog present. It’s just protocol. We Love Dogs and look forward to meeting your pup!

If you know you will not need one of your regularly scheduled services ahead of time and would like to skip a week, or interval, just provide us with a 48-hour notice so we can accommodate and reoptimize our route. When we have notice, skipped services will not be billed.
